RTK Precision Navigation

Integrated RTK dotter on the ground station delivers centimetre-level positioning accuracy, ensuring spraying and sowing routes are executed with precision regardless of field shape or terrain variation.

The ground station's 3D+AI recognition function enables a dedicated fruit tree control mode — adapting spray patterns and height to the canopy profile of orchards, tea plantations, and tree crops automatically.

AIRES SA-P Series — Industrial Plant Protection UAVs

The SA-P Series is AIRES Technology's own line of professional agricultural multi-rotor UAVs. Designed for the scale, humidity, and terrain diversity of Indonesian agriculture — from Sumatran rice paddies to Javanese tea gardens to Kalimantan oil palm — the SA-P50 and SA-P60 are the operational workhorses of precision aerial agriculture.

Spraying System

The SA-P Series uses an air-pressure centrifugal nozzle system with fine atomisation and adjustable particle size (50–500 µm). The spray volume and coverage are controllable in real time from the ground station, and the system supports both dual and quad centrifugal nozzle configurations.

The quad-nozzle configuration eliminates row-end turns — the drone covers adjacent rows in a single pass by adjusting nozzle direction, significantly increasing effective coverage area per flight.


Sowing Systems

Two modular sowing attachments cover different crop and operation types:

SP4 — Air-Jet Sowing

  • 6-duct air-jet design distributes seed via pressurised air channels
  • No mechanical contact with seeds — prevents damage to seed coating or germination
  • Even distribution across the sowing width
  • Best for: Precision low-dosage seeding, coated seeds, crop varieties sensitive to impact

SP5 — Centrifugal Sowing

  • Dual-roller discharge mechanism with high-speed throwing disc
  • High efficiency and large effective spread range
  • Even distribution across wide areas
  • Best for: Large-scale paddy and wheat sowing, high-speed operations on flat terrain

Ground Station

The SA-P Series ground station is a fully integrated mission control and navigation device:

  • 3D+AI Recognition: Terrain and canopy mapping for fruit tree mode

The SA-P platform has been validated across 30+ countries and in hundreds of provinces across China — covering rice in Guangxi and Sichuan, wheat in Anhui and Henan, crayfish pond applications in Chuzhou, tea farms in Nanjing, orah mandarins in Guangxi, and forests in Shanxi.
