The Complete Service Robot Family
The PadBot X Series — X1, X2, and X3 — are intelligent autonomous service robots built for hospitality, enterprise, and administrative environments across Indonesia. Choose the model that fits your space and workflow.
Each X Series robot uses a single-line LiDAR with a 40m radius, scanning up to 5,000 m² — building and updating its own floorplan while dynamically avoiding obstacles, people, and objects.
Recognises registered guests, staff, or VIP members and delivers personalised greetings, information, or access responses — elevating the customer experience at every interaction.
Conversational AI supports English and Chinese out of the box, with customisable Q&A knowledge bases so the robot can answer your specific product, venue, or policy questions.
When battery levels drop, X Series robots return to their charging dock via infrared induction — docking precisely and recharging ready for the next shift without any staff intervention.
X2 adds a 15" chest screen; X3 upgrades to a 19" chest screen — ideal for displaying media, product information, transaction interfaces, or streaming video content alongside the head display.
PadBot X3 supports an optional ID card reader and thermal printer — enabling form-free identity verification and ticket or receipt issuance directly from the robot.
Hotel lobby guest reception and wayfinding
Bank and government service hall customer guidance
Hospital patient check-in and navigation
Retail and showroom product information kiosks
Exhibition and event venue interactive guide
Enterprise campus reception and visitor management
The PadBot X Series is a family of three progressively capable autonomous service robots, each sharing a robust core platform and differentiated by screen size, weight, and hardware options. All three run on the same laser navigation system and 10-hour battery — what changes is the display configuration and optional add-ons.
AIRES Technology is the authorised distributor of the PadBot X Series in Indonesia, providing full support from site surveys and deployment through to software integration and maintenance.

All X Series robots are equipped with a single-line LiDAR operating at a 40m radius with a 5,000 m² scanning area. The robot builds its own map of the environment during the initial setup walk, then navigates autonomously — plotting efficient paths, re-routing around obstacles, and updating its map dynamically as furniture or people move.
Obstacle avoidance uses three layers:
PadBot X1 is the entry model of the X Series — compact, lightweight at 15 kg, and purpose-built for high-traffic guidance and customer service environments. With its 10.1" head display and infrared-guided autonomous charging, it handles museum tours, venue wayfinding, and lobby reception without any dedicated operator.
Best for: Museums, smaller hotel lobbies, retail flagship stores, co-working spaces.
PadBot X2 adds a 15" chest-mounted display and Bluetooth 4.0 to the X1 foundation. This second screen opens up new interaction modes — videos, product catalogues, digital forms, and appointment systems can all be displayed at chest height while the head screen runs the primary interface. The LED light bar adds ambient visual cues for status and attention.
Best for: Bank branches, telecom showrooms, insurance service halls, government lobbies.
PadBot X3 is the flagship model. The 19" chest screen — the largest in the X Series — combined with moveable arms and optional document hardware makes this the definitive enterprise service robot. The optional ID card reader enables real identity verification on-the-spot, while the thermal printer outputs tickets, receipts, or queue numbers without routing to a separate machine.
Best for: Government administrative centres, immigration halls, large hospital foyers, premium hotel concierge.
The X Series runs on an Android-based platform with PadBot's open SDK — enabling your team (or ours) to build custom application layers on top of the standard robot software. Pre-built integrations include:
